Preparing Baths ((28 Feb))

[02:35]  clysa Dragoone hums softly to herself an old urth tune that she havent thought of for whaa seem to be ages, cly slips from her Jarl's hut, blinking her steely eyes to adjust to the brightness of the new day sun she makes her way towards the bakery with an idea, lately with the move and all thebuilding thats been happening bythe Jarls, extra laundryneeds to be done as well as scrubbing ofthe flesh, going to the storage within the bakery, cly found several size wash basins, including two huge ones that can be used, lifting oe to its side she rolls it towards the stairs, only pausing breifly to catch her breath before continuing her task of pushing the large wooden basin up the stairs, feeling thedroplets of sweat forming as she took each step up, pausing at the top panting she looksfor thebest place for thesoon to be tub, smiles seeing a spot inthe back, turning the basin slightly she rolls it to the back just under the ladder, careful not to drop it upon her toes she lowers the basin down toteh floor, jumping back alittle as

cly preparing the tubs for the Jarls' 

[02:35]  clysa Dragoone:  she finally lets go, panting she slips down toher knees and pushes it into its final place, closing her eyes she leans back against the tub to catch her breath before going back down tofetch the other basin to add asecond tub....
[02:55]  clysa Dragoone tearing a small piece of her kirtle she ties her long light auburn brown hair back from her flushed face, she rises back to her feet to make her wayback down to fetch the second basin, smiles lightly she pauses inher small task to add some firewood to the hearth to heat up some water after she gets everything set, the warth sooths her before she turns and picks up the last large wooden basin, placing it on the side she rolls it to the stairs like she did tothe other, only pausing to catch herbreath befre doing the straining task of pushing the heavy tub up the stairs, reaching the top, cly rolls the last tub over by the first, lining them up she nods to herself as she steps back to admire her work....there, now we can care for two Jarl at once....she mused to herself beore turning and heading back downthe stairs for the final part of her task, filling each tub with water, fetching a yoke and two wooden pales, cly heads towards the well at the cener of teh village, hoisting the bucket up from the well she
[02:55]  clysa Dragoone:  fills each pail and places them upon the hooks of the yoke, she makes her wayback up to the bakery, wincing a little with the yoke over her shoulders she took to the task of filling the iron kettles with the the water as she sets them to boil, cly took severalmore trips to the well and back til the two large kettles are full, taking time to rest as the water heats, she moves about he bakery with a broom, sweeping at the floor, shechecks the water several times, noting the bubbles she uses a pale to dish out teh hot water and starts to care it up the stairs to fill teh tubs, trudging several time up and down the stair planks, she starts humming again to help move her work along, smiles as she pours the last bucketful, she nods in approval as she skips back down to let the Jarls know that there are now bathing tubs ready for their use

lara's baking ((27 Feb))

[10:15]  SolaraLove: The sky had been clear and the sun shone brightly. The winter had not been as harsh today..though the winds blew cool upon her face. Her body had been clad in a cloak of thick fur as she made her way from her Jarls hut to the bakery.
[10:16]  SolaraLove: The bakery was cooler than usual as fires had died during the night. solara threw her cloak to the corner and rubbed her skin to the coolness of the bakery. she instantly began removing ashed from the hearths placing them into a metal pale. she did so thoroughly before hurrying over to the basket of chopped wood that her sisters had brought in yesterday, and carried as much as she could to each hearth.
[10:19]  SolaraLove: the sounds of Men speaking loudly onto the other side of the village surely traveled. she grinned as they spoke of kaissa and making bets. her hands busy as the fires begin to grow slowly as she made them. The glow of the dancing growing flames reflected upon her gentle skin as she was leased with the pleasant warmth.
[10:24]  SolaraLove: As the oven began to heat up with the lively flames she began setting out ingredients to make sa tarna bread and larma pies all about the counter. She thought to herself how long a day she had spent yesterday gathering and harvesting for her day of baking. She thought thought deeply as she began mixing the ingredients into large bowls...working quickly and commitedly.

[10:25]  SolaraLove: Once or twice a Jarl had passed by the bakery grabbing a pastry and winking over. one of which gave her a hearty smack upon her full round bottom as she had been pouring the batters into the baking pans.

[10:27]  SolaraLove: The bakery was now warm and she turned opening the over door placing each pan of batter and risen dough in. The oven accommodated each pan nicely...fitting up to eight. Once in, solara began cleaning the counters and placing the utensils she had used into a basin of soap water.

[10:35]  SolaraLove: After leaning the utensils solara turned about uncovering baskets of pastries and breads made yesterday...placing them near the hearth so they heat up nicely. She then uncovered a platter of cheese.
How tempted she had been to pop some between her pretty lips, however she sliced them evening...and places the platter onto a table.

[10:39]  SolaraLove: she hummed softly as she took up the warm breads and pastries from near the hearth and sliced them evenly. creating a lavish scene of treats on the tables. The bakery was now an intoxicating oasis of scents as the breads and larma pies was about done in the oven. She knew the Jarls would follow the scent too...therefore she also put out some butter.

[10:42]  SolaraLove: With rep cloth in hand...she carefully lined up the freshly baked breads and larma pies onto the counters that they may cool. She closed the oven door and places a kettle of water near the fire to heat up some water should a Jarl or Mistress need.
[10:45]  SolaraLove: As she finished in the kitchen....she unlaced her camisk allowing the cleavage of her firm breasts to be seen...she ties her fiery red hair to the back as she was hot. she then began sweeping about...all the way out.

She grinned as she saw her Jarl approach the bakery...indeed the sweet scents had lured him in...

What is Nutri Life System

NLS simulates hunger and diseases to the user. To satisfy your hunger, you have to eat something, to get healthy you have to visit a doctor. Of course no one can eat or heal just with a turn of your finger. Behind NLS is a whole system of resources, plants, animals and trading which fulfill a lot of possible of nearly impossible wishes.
If you go per example to an appletree you can pick an apple from it.You now can eat the apple, or use it to make an applepie. It's the same with nearly all fruits, plants or bushes. Also there is meat you can eat ... after a successful hunting.
Herbs are also a part of NLS and could be used to make medicine. With that medicine a doctor can heal all the diseases you can have. But where one side want your best, is everytime the other side. With every herb you can use to make a medicine, there is a second way of use whitch is toxic. No light without shadow. ;-)
Of course nobody has to make everything by oneself and go for a hunt, roast it and finally can eat the meat. NLS knows it's very own currency to afford trading of all it's goods. This trading is provided with the climatic zone NLS knows. So a travelling trader can buy per example cacao at the tropes and sell it in a region with another climate. Many things do not grow in every zone.

Welcome to Rondvik Trading Post and Village.
Here we're a BTB (by the book) training village, for all new Goreans and those learning about the nutri-life system (nls). Located far north within the Tor'Mark region, with snow cap mountains hovering in the distance and glistening water surrounding the land, keeping Rondvik safe from any outside influences.
Headed by the Cheiftain Hania Rae, we strive to stay in peace and work as one to grow and prosper.
